Our seasonal menus are inspired by the abundant local produce, and authentic East Asian flavours and ingredients. In the same style of traditional Yumcha (飲茶), our Luncha menu is designed to be shared, and also offers a banquet menu with vegetarian options.
Our Honeysuckle Dinner menu is also designed to be shared, and the inspiration from East Asia is often subtle, with stronger authentic touches with the use of ingredients such as jellyfish.
We are honoured to present our menu on custom created dinnerware by local ceramist Peri Ceramics, who designs and crafts each piece by hand especially for our menu twice each year.
